Wise & Associates is dedicated to the small businesses we represent. We offer coverage of Health, Dental & Vision, HRA, and Life & Annuities from A-rated carriers.

We work closely with each business and its employees to build relationships that encourage individual employees to contact us directly if they have questions or problems. This eliminates the stress and liability from an HR person.

Upon initial enrollment, we conduct employee meetings and discuss the plan design, help employees pick the best plan for them (if multiple plans are offered), and answer questions from the employees. Spouses are welcome to attend.

Throughout the year we provide constant service to both the plan administrator and employees, answering any questions or handling other circumstances that may arise.
